Placebo - Cabaret of Desire (2001) [live - acoustic]

''Akustyczny koncert Placebo z Belgii sprzed siedmiu lat. Polecam zwrócić uwagę na jazzową wersję 'Taste in man'.''

''The five-track EP is slated to make its online debut November 23, nearly a month before its December 15th physical release. The boys put the record together early last year in both Mississippi and Brooklyn, with help from Ben Allen. And one of the new tracks, “What Would I Want? Sky,” features the first-ever legal Grateful Dead sample! Sounds intriguing (and possibly trippy?) to me.''

Trzeci studyjny album warszawskiej formacji dowodzonej przez Mirka Gila. Zbiór jedenastu utworów, jak pisze zespół: "Dla ludzi lubiących słuchać i szukać sensu w dźwiękach". Teksty na płytę napisał Robert Sieradzki, autor słów dwóch poprzednich albumów i oddany przyjaciel zespołu. Muzyka zaś jest wypadkową przeżyć i gustów członków Believe.

Na albumie grupę wsparli Paulina Druch (wiolonczela) i Bartek Zbroszczyk (gitara). Miksu płyty dokonał Włodek Kowalczyk, polski producent odpowiedzialny za realizację muzyczną takich legend, jak Klaus Mitffoch, Róże Europy, Daab, Oddział Zamknięty, Dezerter czy Lady Pank. Zespół w celu uzyskania jeszcze lepszego brzmienia nawiązał współpracę ze świetnym brytyjskim inżynierem dźwięku, Andym Jacksonem, odpowiedzialnym za realizacje płyt Pink Floyd i Davida Gilmoura.

Perspecto - Climax EP (2009)

Tracklist:

1 Apparatus vs Discipline
2 Call of Callers
3 All Her Thoughts and Marvelous Deeds
4 Mossfilm
5 Morning Is Shy (Demo)

Distrails - Virginia Creeper (2008) *****

A unique fusion of piano, lush orchestration, layered sounds, and the phenomenal range of Jared Draughon’s melodic, haunting vocals. Jared Draughon’s mellow, beautiful voice is complemented well by Bitsy Pina’s hypnotic and complex piano themes.

Distrails is a musical duo formed in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

The duo is composed of vocalist/guitarist/percussionist Jared Draughon,
and classical pianist/composer/keyboardist Bitsy Pina.
Textured, artistic and captivating,
"Virginia Creeper" is a demanding album that flows seamlessly through eight memorable and unique songs.
Distrails has just released their own album "Virginia Creeper" which they wrote and recorded themselves.

_________________________________________________________________

Distrails to muzyczny duet założony w Północnej Karolinie w listopadzie 2007 roku.
Skomponowany, nagrany i wyprodukowany na własną rekę ośmio-utworowy album łączy charakterystykę Indie- i Piano-Rocka z dobrym wokalem i elementami trip-hopu, tworząc naprawdę ciekawe, impresywne brzmienie.
